Service Agreement Contract
By using any portion of World Infotech Solution service, you are agreeing to this service agreement on this document entirely. World Infotech Solution reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, effective immediately upon posting of the modification to this URL: https://www.7ghosting.in/terms-and-conditions/.
1. Use of services
1.1 Excessive CPU, Bandwidth or Disk Space Usage has the ability to compromise our shared hosting environment. This is the result of using the system in a manner that encumbers disk space, processors or other system resources beyond the allowances of your specific plan type and to the degree that your usage compromises the hosting accounts of our other customers.
1.2 Excessive resource usage – CGI scripts or other executable code that consumes an undue amount of CPU time [defined dynamically by World Infotech Solution at will] will be reprioritized if possible, or we will ask you to discontinue its use either permanently or the script is altered by yourself or third party to operate in a less resource-hungry manner. Failure to cease operator of the offending executable will be considered as server abuse. World Infotech Solution reserves the right to terminate any process which it deems to be using excessive resource usage.
1.3 Background processes – background process [that is, application or utilities that are started from within an interactive shell login, and set to run permanently in the background on a server] are not to be initiated without prior arrangement with us. We reserve the right to examine all code before it is run on the server. Running of background processes without prior arrangement in and confirmation in writing from World Infotech Solution is server abuse.
1.4 Pornography – World Infotech Solution prohibits the storage and transmission (inbound and outbound) of pornography with the exception of softcore erotic art. Written permission must be obtained before any pornographic material is stored and/or transmitted through World Infotech Solution servers.
1.5 Copyright software, Warez, destructive applications, copyright media, proprietary computer information, and hacking & cracking sites are strictly prohibited on any portion of our services and network. Customers storing & transmitting (inbound and outbound) files that violate copyright or other federal laws are grounds for instant termination of service.
1.6 Any incident of server abuse is grounds for immediate and unconditional account termination. Common examples of abusive practices are listed below and World Infotech Solution reserves the right of interpretation as to what constitutes abusive practices. In short – if you are unsure that your actions may be perceived as an abuse of service, contact World Infotech Solution directly to check with us before proceeding.
1.7 Email abuse – Unsolicited Commercial Email [‘Spam’] is implicitly forbidden. This is considered server abuse and is grounds for immediate termination.
1.8 Selling for free – World Infotech Solution prohibits any portion of its services to be resold without charge. This includes but not limited to: entire hosting accounts, email services, scripts, FTP accounts, MySQL databases, applications, licenses, web space and bandwidth (this includes image hosting and file/data hosting services, either free or subscription/fee-based).
1.9 Proxy websites and such are prohibited.
1.10 World Infotech Solution will not tolerate misuse of space, the space allocated is for website only. It can not be used for storing files or software not linked to the website.
1.11 We do not allow hosting of mp3 files and video files.
1.12 File hosting sites or sites designed primarily for download contents are not allowed in our web space
1.13 Bandwidth allocated is only for the website hosted on our server, Using bandwidth for other websites by hotlinking is not allowed.
1.14 Webmail can be used only for the temporary storage of emails, we recommend our customer to use pop3 to download emails to their own PC. Storing email in webmail is not allowed.
1.15 We do not allow hosting of adult sites on our servers.
1.16 Security Measures – World Infotech Solution implements industry-standard security measures to protect the data on our servers. However, the client is responsible for maintaining the security of their own account credentials and for any activity that occurs under their account. Clients must use strong, unique passwords and regularly update them. World Infotech Solution is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the client’s failure to comply with these security requirements.
1.17 Client Responsibilities – Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts, including using strong passwords, regularly updating them, and ensuring their account information is kept confidential. Clients must notify World Infotech Solution immediately if they become aware of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security. Clients are also responsible for any activity that occurs under their account.
2. Payment and Bills
2.1 All accounts are set-up on a pre-pay basis only
2.2 World Infotech Solution will suspend your account if outstanding bills have not been paid in within 5 days. World Infotech Solution reserves the right to suspend the account
2.3 World Infotech Solution reserves the right to impose a re-activation fee for accounts that have been suspended.
2.4 All payments to World Infotech Solution are non-refundable. Unless agreed otherwise.
2.5 You are solely responsible for canceling your subscription before the billing date / recurring order date. We can help with cancellations and stopping your subscription before this date by e-mailing us at india(@)7ghosting.in and also through your “manage subscription” account. Subscription or renewal payment is non-refundable. Not being able to access your account is not a valid reason for not canceling before the billing date / recurring order date. We are available to assist you.
3. Refund & cancellation policies

30 Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to nor are refunds available for the following services:
- Domain Registration/Renewals/Transfers
- VPS
- Dedicated Servers
- SSL certificates
- PPC Management
- Logo Designing
- CMS Website
- E-commerce Website
- Online Press Release
- Email Service
- Any third party solution that you buy with World Infotech Solution’s reference
Account will be suspended without any prior notice and 30 Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to nor are refunds available for the following:
- A phishing website or a fake or spoofed website or a website that looks very similar to a real website from a trusted organization.
- Stealing Customer Card Details or confidential or valuable information directly or indirectly.
- Illegal Material – This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any regulation or material that is perceived to be misleading.
- Adult materials – Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content.
- Games – We strictly do not allow to host any kind of games on our servers. Your hosting account would be immediately terminated if we found any gaming related stuff in your hosting account.
- Website content that promotes or advocates human trafficking in any way shape or form.
- Warez – This includes, but is not limited to, pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing and encrypting of any of the above. It also includes any sites which provide “links to” or “how to” information about such material.
Note that the 30 day period ends exactly 30 days from the day on which account was originally activated (not the day the order was placed). It is not valid towards account renewals. This guarantee is VOID if your account violates our service usage guidelines. Setup fees are non-refundable. External services or third-party services, such as but not limited to, dedicated IP addresses, installation charges, third-party software, etc., are non-refundable. All bank charges, applicable taxes, and a reasonable processing fee will be deducted while processing any refunds. All Refunds and Reimbursements will take up to 30 Business Days from the date of receipt of the request, to process. The refunds will be made available in the client area. We will refund your purchase if you submit your claim with a valid Reason for Refund within the first 30 days since you made your purchase. Refund requests submitted after the 30-day return window will not be considered. Please note, a change of mind is not a valid reason for the refund.
4. Shipping & Delivery Policy
All Accounts are activated within 24 hours once payment is verified.
All login details for any service will be sent on your email.
You can also read all the emails we have sent to you, in your client area.
Since we don’t offer any physical products, we don’t need to ship/courier any items to the client’s address.
We offer Hosting Services and its login details are sent on client’s email which may be deemed as proof of activation of client’s services.
Date of Activation of service will be the initial date of start of validity of services.
5. Backups
5.1 We strongly encourage all of our customers to do their own backups on their home computers or CD to ensure you have ready access to your data in the event, we should have a hardware failure. Although we regularly take backups of our server and we do not expect anything like this to occur, we want you to be prepared in the event that it does. Please kindly take backups of your all files.
5.2 Even the best and most complete and redundant backup systems can and do fail for a variety of reasons, despite the best efforts of the Web hosting service. THEREFORE, World Infotech Solution DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENCY, OR INTEGRITY OF THESE BACKUPS OR THE DATA THEY CONTAIN. Consequently, you must not rely upon the availability, completeness, currency, or integrity of these backups.
5.3 Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups on their own personal computers or other computers.
5.4 World Infotech Solution does not provide any sort of compensation for lost, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated data in the event that World Infotech Solution’s backups do not function properly, regardless of the reason(s) for any such malfunction, even if the malfunction was due to the fault or negligence of World Infotech Solution.
5.5 Limitation of Liability – World Infotech Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) the client’s use or inability to use the service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services; and/or (vi) client account data breaches.
5.6 Breach Notification – In the event that World Infotech Solution becomes aware of a security breach affecting the client’s data, we will notify the client as soon as reasonably possible. It is the client’s responsibility to act upon this notification immediately, including changing all account passwords and reviewing account activity. Failure to act upon such notifications promptly can exacerbate damages for which World Infotech Solution will not be held liable.
5.7 Incident Response Plan – World Infotech Solution maintains an incident response plan for addressing security breaches. This includes immediate measures to contain and mitigate the breach, notifying affected clients, and investigating the cause. Clients are expected to cooperate with our response efforts, including providing necessary information and following recommended actions to secure their accounts.
6. Resource Usage
6.1 User May not do:
- Use 20% or more of system resources for longer than 90 seconds. There are numerous activities that could cause such problems; these include CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, etc.
- Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server. This includes any and all daemons, such as IRCD.
- Run any type of web spider on shared servers.
- Run any software that interfaces with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network.
- Run any bit torrent application, tracker, or client. Please note that you may link to torrents off server, but may not host or store them.
- Participate in any file-sharing/peer-to-peer activities
- Run any gaming servers such as counter-strike, half-life, battlefield1942, etc
- Run cron entries with intervals of less than 15 minutes
- Use daily average system resources (CPU, RAM, MySQL) more than 1% (Except bronze plan and Cloud hosting) If any site do not follow above resource usage policies, World Infotech Solution will have right to suspend the service.
- Use daily average system resources (CPU, RAM, MySQL) more than 0.5% in linux bronze plan.
- Use daily average system resources (CPU, RAM, MySQL) more than 10% in cloud hosting plans.
7. Fair Usage Policy
If you subscribe to a Product that does not have any usage caps or limits, this Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) will apply to your account and all associated services provided with your hosting package.
A Fair Usage Policy is necessary to ensure our hosting services are used fairly and our services operate reliably for all customers. Resources provided on all our hosting services including but not limited to Reseller Accounts, Web Hosting Accounts, Virtual Private Servers, and Dedicated Servers are all governed by this Fair Usage Policy.
Our aim is to provide a fair hosting service to all our customers. Therefore, we think to impose an actual figure on what we consider to be “excessive” use is not necessarily helpful and may penalize users unfairly. What is deemed excessive will be determined by a number of factors including (but not limited to) the length of time which your excessive usage continues for, as well as the number of resources being used.
If in our reasonable opinion, you have breached this FUP, we will contact you by email to let you know that that your usage is excessive and is affecting World Infotech Solution services/systems and/or other users. We reserve the right to impose reasonable limits to reduce your usage and/or pair you with other users utilizing the same or nearly the same amount of usage
Resources such as MySQL databases, subdomains, POP3 mail accounts, SMTP mail accounts, FTP accounts should not be used and created in such a way that can potentially have adverse effects on the normal optimal operation of our services.
Hosting accounts created should not exceed limits which if in good faith World Infotech Solution believes will have adverse effects on the normal optimal operation of our services.
World Infotech Solution reserve the right to terminate the hosting contract and refuse to renew the service if it considers client usage of resources are violating the fair usage policy of World Infotech Solution.
8. Domain Renewal, Grace Period, and Redemption Period
8.1 Domain Renewal
1.1. Renewal Requirement: It is the responsibility of the domain owner to ensure the timely renewal of their domain name before the expiration date. Renewal requests must be made before the domain expires to avoid interruption of service.
1.2. Renewal Fees: The renewal fees are based on the domain extension (TLD) and may vary. All fees for domain renewals are non-refundable once the renewal process is initiated.
1.3. Renewal Period: Domains are typically renewed for a period of one year. Longer renewal periods may be available for certain TLDs. Domain renewal requests will be processed based on the account’s payment method.
8.2 Grace Period
2.1. Definition: The grace period is the period following the expiration of the domain name during which the domain can still be renewed at the standard renewal rate without additional fees. However, it is not guaranteed that the domain will always be available for renewal during this period. It is strongly recommended that you renew your domain before its expiration to avoid the risk of losing it.
2.2. Duration: The grace period generally lasts 10 to 30 days after the domain expiration date, though it can be shorter depending on the domain extension (TLD). During this period, the domain owner can renew the domain without incurring any penalty.
2.3. Renewal During Grace Period: If the domain is renewed during the grace period, the domain will be renewed for the original registration period and the service will continue uninterrupted.
8.3 Redemption Period
3.1. Definition: If the domain is not renewed within the grace period, it will enter the redemption period. During this period, the domain name may still be recovered, but an additional redemption fee will apply.
3.2. Duration: The redemption period typically lasts 30 days after the grace period ends. However, the duration may vary depending on the specific TLD.
3.3. Redemption Fee: The redemption fee for recovering a domain during the redemption period is higher than the standard renewal fee. The fee amount is determined by the domain registrar and will be added to the renewal cost.
3.4. Recovery Process: If the domain is recovered during the redemption period, it will be restored to the owner’s account. If not renewed within the redemption period, the domain may be released to the public for registration.
8.4 Domain Expiration and Deletion
4.1. Expiration: After the redemption period ends, if the domain is still not renewed, it will be deleted and released for registration by others.
4.2. Loss of Domain: Once the domain is deleted, the previous domain owner loses all rights to the domain name. Recovery of the domain name after deletion is not guaranteed, and the domain may be registered by another party.
8.5 Responsibility of the Domain Owner
5.1. Accurate Contact Information: The domain owner must maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information with the registrar to receive renewal reminders and notifications regarding expiration, grace, and redemption periods.
5.2. Failure to Renew: The domain owner acknowledges and agrees that failure to renew the domain before its expiration may lead to the permanent loss of the domain name and its availability for registration by other parties.
8.6 Disclaimer
6.1. No Guarantee of Recovery: While efforts will be made to facilitate the recovery of a domain during the redemption period, the registrar does not guarantee that a domain can be recovered or renewed after the expiration date.
6.2. Registrar Rights: The registrar reserves the right to change the grace period and redemption period policies at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the domain owner to stay informed about any changes to the terms.
9. Business Email Plan & Google Workspace Renewal
9.1. Business Email Plan / Google Workspace Renewal
1.1. Renewal Requirement: It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure the timely renewal of their Business Email Plan or Google Workspace subscription. Renewal requests must be submitted before the subscription expires to avoid service disruption.
1.2. Renewal Fees: The renewal fees are based on the selected plan and the number of users. These fees are subject to change and will be communicated to the account holder at the time of renewal. All renewal fees are non-refundable once the renewal process is initiated.
1.3. Renewal Period: Subscriptions for Business Email Plans or Google Workspace are typically renewed on an annual or monthly basis, depending on the plan selected. Renewal charges will be applied based on the account’s payment method and billing cycle.
9.2. Grace Period
2.1. Definition: After the expiration of the Business Email Plan or Google Workspace subscription, a grace period may be offered during which the account holder can still renew their service without additional charges.
2.2. Duration: The grace period typically lasts up to 10 days after the subscription’s expiration, but this may vary depending on the service provider. During this period, the account holder can renew the service at the standard rate.
2.3. Service Continuity: While the service may remain accessible during the grace period, certain features or functionalities (e.g., email sending/receiving, access to files) may be limited or suspended until renewal is completed.
9.3. Redemption Period
3.1. Definition: If the Business Email Plan or Google Workspace subscription is not renewed within the grace period, the account will enter a redemption period during which the service can still be recovered but with additional fees.
3.2. Duration: The redemption period typically lasts 30 days after the grace period ends. During this period, the account holder may still recover their service, but the recovery will incur an additional redemption fee, which may be higher than the standard renewal rate.
3.3. Redemption Fee: The redemption fee is applied to recover the service after the grace period. The fee is determined by the service provider and is payable in addition to the standard renewal charges.
9.4. Expiration and Service Suspension
4.1. Expiration: After the redemption period ends, if the subscription has not been renewed, the account will be permanently deactivated, and all associated data (including emails, documents, and settings) may be permanently deleted.
4.2. Loss of Data: Once the account is deactivated and deleted, all data is irretrievable, and the account holder will lose access to all services and data. It is highly recommended to back up all critical data before the expiration date.
9.5. Responsibility of the Account Holder
5.1. Accurate Billing Information: The account holder must ensure that their billing information is accurate and up-to-date to avoid service interruption and to receive timely renewal reminders.
5.2. Failure to Renew: The account holder understands and accepts that failure to renew the service within the grace or redemption period may result in the permanent loss of the service and associated data.
9.6. Renewal Notification
6.1. Notifications: Renewal reminders will be sent to the registered email address in advance of the expiration date. However, it remains the account holder’s responsibility to monitor their subscription and ensure timely renewal.
9.7. Disclaimer
7.1. No Guarantee of Service Availability: While efforts will be made to provide a grace period, the service provider does not guarantee that the account or any emails data can always be recovered after the expiration date or during the redemption period.
7.2. Service Provider Rights: The service provider reserves the right to change the renewal, grace period or any related policies for Business Email Plan or Google Workspace subscription at any time without prior notice. The account holder is responsible for staying informed about these changes.
10. Changes to Terms
World Infotech Solution reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this URL. We will take reasonable steps to notify clients of any significant changes, but it is the client’s responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
